The mission of the Fryderyk Chopin Museum at the Fryderyk Chopin Institute in Warsaw – the world’s largest Chopin centre – is to cultivate memory of the great composer and to make knowledge about his life and work available to the public at large.
With its extensive programme of scholarly, exhibition, educational, publishing and artistic work and its promotional campaigns on an international scale, the Museum’s activities comprise collecting, describing, safeguarding and conserving museum objects belonging to the immediate Chopin heritage and making those resources available, as well as obtaining and disseminating the fruits of contemporary creative work linked to Fryderyk Chopin, his music and his times.

The Fryderyk Chopin Museum in Warsaw invites you to take advantage of guided tours of the permanent exhibition of the Museum.How to order a guide?- Please contact the cash desks of the Fryderyk Chopin Museum from Tuesday to Sunday from 11.00-20.00; tel. 22 44 16 251/252 or by e-mail: bilety.muzeum@nifc.pl; - Guided tours should be arranged at least 3 days in advance (3 working days). The availability of guided tours at a selected date is determined by the order of applications;- Visit to the museum should be confirmed or cancelled 2 days in advance.Payment for the guide service in Polish and EnglishThe guide service fee is 100 PLN (Polish) and 120 PLN (English).
