Die Städtische Galerie Fruchthalle und Peco Kawashima zu Gast im Stadtmuseum Rastatt
bis 01.05.2022
Im Stadtmuseum sind derzeit grafische Arbeiten aus der Sammlung des Hauses aber auch der Städtischen Galerie Fruchthalle zu sehen. Einen Schwerpunkt bilden die Rohrfederzeichnungen von Karl Hubbuch, die während seiner kurzen Rastatter Zeit 1944 bis 1946 entstanden sind. Diese auf Rastatt bezogenen Motive werden durch druckgrafische Arbeiten des Künstlers im Sammlungsbestand der Städtischen Galerie ergänzt. Die Führung wird besonders diese eindrucksvollen Arbeiten Karl Hubbuchs vorstellen aber auch auf drucktechnische Verfahren der anderen zu sehenden Künstler eingehen. Nach Drucktechniken geordnet, können Sie die verschiedenen künstlerischen Verfahren und ihre jeweilige Qualität an ausgewählten Beispielen bei der Führung von Museumsleiterin Iris Baumgärtner am Donnerstag, 24.02. um 16 Uhr kennenlernen. Ergänzt wird die Präsentation durch Papierarbeiten der japanischen Künstlerin Peco Kawashima.
Die Führung ist kostenlos, der Eintritt von 3 €, ermäßigt 1 € muss entrichtet werden. Eine Anmeldung ist nicht erforderlich.
Beim Besuch im Stadtmuseum ist die derzeit gültige Corona-Verordnung zu beachten, z.B. Maskenpflicht, Hygiene- und Abstandsregeln.
